Delivery

For UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked Delivery service. Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are by international courier. Our prices are based on weight, as follows:

UK

Up to 500g £3.50 / Up to 1kg £6.50 / Over 2kg £10.00

EUROPE

Up to 500g £6 / Up to 1kg £10 / Over 1kg £20

UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States will automatically add a fee of 15% of the order value to cover import rates (tariffs) that will be charged to us at point of sending. We are really sorry to have to add this on, but as a tiny business we are unable to absorb these costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Up to 500g £15 - Up to 1kg £20 - Over 1kg £25

REST OF WORLD

Up to 500g £15 / Up to 1kg £20 / Up to 2kg £30 / Over 2kg £40

Returns

We will accept returns for any reason within 14 days of purchase and give you a full refund (excluding postage costs) as long as the item is in its original condition.

—— Christmas ——

Any orders placed in November and December will have an extended return period, which will run until the end of January. We would like to encourage you to place your Christmas orders sooner rather than later as we are only a very small team and need plenty of time to fit everything in!
