Woven on historic looms from British wool yarns, our new jacket is supporting the massive restoration of Elvet Woollen Mill. Tucked into the Cothi Valley, Carmarthenshire, Elvet is one of only 7 working woollen mills left in Wales and a vital part of the mission to preserve the textile heritage of Wales.

An easy fitting, non-gendered jacket - come - cardigan. The hard wearing outer cloth - something British wool does so well - has a graphic pattern that hints towards our heritage Welsh blankets, but unlike the heavy double cloth this one is actually a lighter weight, twill weave, allowing it the drape, comfort and versatility of an every day go-to layer. The soft, forest green cashmere lining to the body and collar offers an extra level of luxurious warmth. The sleeves and side pockets are lined with snuggly soft organic brushed cotton (harder wearing than cashmere for ‘high traffic areas’)

Made entirely with natural fibres - no hidden synthetic facings or interliners - you can handwash this jacket (should you ever need to) just like a wool jumper.

For a neat fit, as pictured on the models, follow the size guide below. However, the design of this jacket allows is to be worn as a dropped shoulder, meaning that you can size up as much as you like as it also works beautifully if you prefer a looser, more snuggly fit.

XSmall: to fit chest 78-85cm (EU Mens 32 / UK womens 8-10)

Small: to fit chest 85-92cm (EU Mens 34-36 / UK womens 12)

Medium: to fit chest 92-99cm (EU Mens 38-40 / UK womens 14-16)

Large: to fit chest 100-107cm (EU Mens 40-42 / UK womens 18-20)

XLarge: to fit chest 107-114cm (EU Mens 44-48 / UK womens 20-22)
